ABOUT THE SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING DELAYS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS ?
It usually takes around 24-72 business hours to hand make and package your order. This delay may vary during special promotions, new collections and sales, in which case you will be advised in advance via email. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and it will take another 24-48 hours for the parcel to reach you within France.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We ship worldwide. Please refer to the section shipping info for further details on shipping methods and costs.
DO YOU PROVIDE PRODUCT TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, 24-72 business hours after your order you will receive an email with tracking information. If this is not the case, kindly check your spams.
HOW CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)? 
We have a 30-day return policy on all the jewelry items. The products have to be unused, unworn and in the original packaging.
!!! Please note that any jewelry items that were tried on cannot be returned for hygienic reasons !!!
The indicators of the jewelry being tried on : the jewelry was taken out of the original box, the necklaces / bracelets / earrings were unbuckled (they are closed in a special way)

ABOUT THE JEWELRY

IS YOUR JEWELRY HANDMADE?
We design and hand-assemble our jewelry in France. Hand-assembled jewelry means that the materials for jewelry making are mostly custom-designed and/or imported to then be hand-assembled and packaged by ourselves.
WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE FROM?
I mainly use 18Ct gold plated 925 sterling silver and brass for gold items and pure 925 sterling silver for silver items. Some chains may be made with Stainless steel but it will always be mentioned in the describtions. All my jewelry in nickel-free and is hypoallergenic.
The materials for jewelry making are carefully designed and selected by working with the best quality suppliers from all over the world, mainly from Hong Kong, Turkey and the United States of America.
These materials are then imported and hand-assembled into jewelry items in Switzerland by ourselves.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY ITEM?
Gold-plated jewelry is known to slightly fade within 1 year, meaning that in order to avoid fading, you can follow a few easy steps to keep your items fresh and shiny. Read more about it in my jewelry care guide.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE? 
All the sizes and lengths are mentioned in the description of the products (earring size, necklace length, etc). To determine your exact ring size, please use the ring size guide
DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY ON YOUR JEWELRY?
I have a 1 year warranty on all the jewelry items. Please email me on info@nanipearl.com for any questions and I will take care of your request as soon as possible. WHO IS WORKING BEHIND THE BRAND?
In Bloom Collection is a small team that includes Catherine and Raphael. Catherines does everything from Social Media, Admin and Jewelry creation, Raphael creates unique pieces, custom made Jewelry and is the pro at Pearl drilling. For more information about the brand, please refer to the section About us
